Return Deadline: Customers have a 30-day window from the date of initial purchase to return products.

 Refund Options: Depending on the method of purchase, customers are eligible for store credit, exchange, or a full refund. If the purchase was made online, the original credit/debit card will be refunded, minus any associated transaction fees.

 Required Information for Refund: Customers must provide the original receipt and any relevant credit/debit card information for refunds.  

Condition of Returned Products: To qualify for a return, products must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accompanying parts intact. 

Return Locations: Products can be returned either in-store or through online channels. Customers are welcome to return to designated Solarville Technologies, LLC location.

 E-commerce Returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost for products purchased through our online store.

 Product Shipping Policy: Shipping Options and Rates: Solarville Technologies, LLC offers various shipping options with corresponding rates based on the customer's geographic location within USA. 

Shipping Timelines: Products typically ship within 14 business days from the date of initial purchase. Orders can take up to 4 weeks for delivery

International Shipping: Currently, Solarville Technologies, LLC does not offer international shipping services. 

Shipping Restrictions and Exclusions: Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions or exclusions based on regulatory requirements or other factors. 

Shipping Delays: Each customer will receive an order tracking number to monitor the shipping progress. Packages may be delivered through UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the customer's location within the USA. 

Faulty, Damaged, Missing, or Undelivered Items: If products are found to be faulty, damaged, missing, or undelivered within 30 days of purchase, they will be promptly replaced. 

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges: Refunds for purchases will be processed within 30 days of the initial purchase. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accompanying parts, and customers must present the original purchase receipt. For online purchases, refunds will be credited back to the original credit/debit card used for the transaction, minus any applicable banking transaction fees.
